is a Real Estate, Investments, Marketing, Management, and People Empowerment Company, Operating within the Residential, Retail, and Commercial properties spectrum with brand names, “Emerald Homes’ & ”Favour Gardens.”
The company was incorporated on 18th December 2018 according to the laws of Nigeria, with a vision of helping to solve the HOUSING, POVERTY and UNEMPLOYEMENT challenges in Nigeria. Specifically, we convert forests into habitable lands and sell in plots & acres to individuals, institutions and corperate bodies for the purpose of building cities – Homes,office complex, factories, shopping malls, warehouses, Recreation centres, Schools, financial houses, Filling stations, Churchhes, Mosques, and many more.
